Every Calgarian needs safe, dignified and affordable housing.  

But there is an affordable housing crisis in Calgary. One in five households are in housing need. By 2026, 100,000 Calgarians will need non-market affordable housing.  

Calgary Affordable Housing Foundation is Calgary’s go-to capital fundraiser connecting community donors with affordable housing providers. We are raising $30 million over the next 5 years as we build to annual fundraising of $10 million. This will leverage $300 million in funds to build more homes, faster.
